
Women's Only Program
Our Women's Self-Defense class is designed to help empower women to feel more confident and in control of themselves when put in uncomfortable situations. No woman wants to find herself alone, threatened and defenseless however not being prepared for this situation can be devastating. While martial arts training is not a silver bullet, it can better prepare you to think more clearly when threatened, make wiser decisions and if all else fail, provides you the skills to physically use against an attacker.
This class focuses on the most practical skills from jiu-jitsu that can and should be utilized in a self-defense scenario while also building strength and mobility. Women's Self-Defense is offered every Saturday morning from 10am to 11am and is offered as "class packs" as opposed to a traditional membership to accommodate even the most chaotic schedules. Train when you can, as much as you can!
